Khaled Mohammed Alqahtani, PhD is Associate Professor of Business Administration at Shaqra University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He received one of his Ph.D. in Management Innovation from University of Warsaw. He was awarded another Ph.D. in Business Administration from Wuhan University of Technology. He is active in executive education and consulting, working with different organizations from across Europe, the USA, Asia and Middle East. He serves on International Leadership Association, International Development Association, Saudi Management Association, the Chinese Institute of Management Research, and Entrepreneurship Association.
He has also been an advisor on management development to a number of national bodies.
Dr. Khaled research topics focus on leadership and entrepreneurship, corporate governance, human resource management, innovation management practice, and strategic changes in organizations. He is the author of numerous books, has published papers in many of the international foremost business and management research journals. He is also a regular speaker at the major academic conferences throughout the world.

Leadership is a study on how to be a good leader. Leadership is an activity of acquiring power and using power. Power is related to the vital interests of everyone. However, power is a double-edged sword. It can be used to help achieve goals if it is implemented in the right way. Otherwise, the abuse of power will have a direct infringement on the personal and property rights and be very harmful to society. Therefore, how to do well as a leader have become the most concerned issue and a major challenge in reality.
